You and your family can visit us at our newly refurbished premises in Biddulph and Tunstall, or we can also arrange for one from our funeral directors to come to and visit you in the comfort of your own home. We will offer guidance, continuous support, and advice, as we discuss all aspects of the funeral with you.

We will also discuss the content and personalisation of the service: Order of service sheets, Photographs, Music, Hymns, Poems, Eulogies, Slide shows, Streaming (so that those who can’t travel feel involved) to mention a few options.
Other decisions may include press notices, catering, whether to visit the chapel of rest, the limousines, the hearse, floral tributes as well as what type of coffin.

Funeral Memorials
We offer a wide range of items that will help you to have a lasting memory of your loved one: These include headstones. The headstone can be placed on both burial plots and cremated remains plots.
Cremated remains urns can come in all shapes and sizes. We are also able to offer a wide range of jewellery, from necklaces, bracelets and rings, all of which can include your loved one's cremated remains and fingerprint. Memory Bears can come with a zipped pocket in the back and a soft pouch for a small amount of remains, as do precious keepsakes.
